We understand that npower submitted their
application to Stirling Council on 20th December.
There is a statutory period of only 28 days in
which to object because, should the Government wish to apply the rules, then any
objections outside that time could be classed as invalid.
The Planning Officer has indicated that the
consideration of this application will take some months but, notwithstanding
that fact, you should make initial objections, which would form the basis of
further expansion once we have had time to consider the Environmental Impact
Assessment.
It is important that you should object to the
principle of the windfarm in this location so that it is refused outright.
This will stop npower coming back with amended proposals.

landscape

environmental and wildlife (especially protected species)

The effect of noise and disturbance from
the windfarm on you and your family
